We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Gym Receptionist to join our fitness center in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming workplace for members, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors with a professional and positive attitude.
Handle member registrations, renewals, and ienquiries.
Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and assist with appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate member records and process payments.
Assist in promoting gym memberships, fitness programmes, and special offers.
Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in Customer Service is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, skilled, and customer-orientated attitude.
