Working Days: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Alternate Saturdays

About the Role

RISE International School is seeking a compassionate and experienced Inclusion & Wellbeing Counsellor to support students' emotional wellbeing and inclusive learning. The role involves providing counselling, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), collaborating with teachers and parents, and promoting a secure, inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counselling to students.
Support students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Learning Disabilities.
Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Partner with teachers and parents to implement effective support strategies.
Conduct wellbeing workshops and awareness programmes.
Promote safeguarding, student welfare,



and inclusion across the school.

Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of school counselling experience (mandatory).
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Robust understanding of child development, mental health, and inclusive education.
Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
