Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing SMT production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing of PCBs with high quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with defined process, safety, and quality standards.
Plan, manage, and oversee SMT production activities across all shifts and lines.
Ensure SMT processes (printing, SPI, Pick and Place,reflow,AOI,ICT and router) meet quality and productivity targets.
Oversee the setup,programming and maintenance of SMT machinery (e.g.,Fuji,Panasonic,Yamaha,Juki) Fuji Preferred.
Monitor p roduction output, yield, downtime, and defect trends; implement improvement actions.
Coordinate with quality, engineering, maintenance, and planning teams to resolve production and quality issues.
Support first article inspection (FAI), recent product introduction (NPI), and process validation activities.
Ensure adherence to IPC standards, customer requirements,



and internal work instructions.
Manage SMT manpower, training, certification, and skill development.
Review and approve S MT production reports, defect data, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and cleanroom procedures at all times.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
Solid understanding of SMT processes, equipment, and soldering technology.
Knowledge of SMT quality standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001 preferred).
Experience in SMT production management and team leadership.
Ability to analyze production and quality data and drive corrective actions.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
