Job Title: Admission Counselor
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Admission Counselor to guide working professionals interested in advancing their careers through our Capital Markets program. This is a B2C inside sales role focused on counseling prospective learners and supporting them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with working professionals to understand their career goals and learning needs.
Conduct online and offline counseling sessions and program presentations.
Provide transparent information about the program structure, outcomes, and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective candidates and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.




Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in inside sales or admission counseling.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Experience in B2C sales will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
