Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers post-purchase via phone, email & chat
Build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction & retention
Resolve queries by collaborating with internal teams
Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
Maintain interaction records & performance reports
Meet KPIs like response time, resolution time & CSAT

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3+ years experience
Excellent English communication (multi-language is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM,



LMS & WhatsApp API tools
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment

Compensation & Advantages:
₹18,000/month during probation (6 months)
₹22,000/month post probation
Incentives up to ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
Weekly rewards & performance certificates

Work Schedule:
Shifts: Rotational
Weekly off + additional leave (as per shift allocation)
