We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and building robust customer relationships through field visits and direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct field marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Visit potential clients/customers to generate leads and business opportunities.
Promote company products and services in assigned areas.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Distribute promotional materials and explain product offerings.
Achieve daily/weekly field activity targets.
Maintain records of client interactions and field visits.




Represent the company professionally during outdoor marketing activities.

Requirements:-
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and presentable personality
Ability to travel locally for field visits
Basic understanding of marketing and customer handling
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Preferred Skills:-
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently in the field
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
