Dispatch Planning & Coordination
Plan daily dispatch schedules based on production and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for material readiness.
Ensure on-time dispatch as per delivery schedules.
Material Handling & Packing
Supervise proper packing of castings to avoid damage during transit.
Ensure correct quantity, weight, and identification of materials.
Follow foundry safety and handling standards.
Documentation & Records
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as:
Delivery challan
Invoice
Packing list
E-way bill
Maintain dispatch records and update ERP or dispatch registers.
Transport & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability.
Ensure vehicles are suitable for material type and load.
Track dispatched materials and follow up on delivery status.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,605.54 per month
