Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to manage financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support business decision-making through financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, excellent numerical skills, and experience with financial management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions.




Generate MIS reports and present financial performance metrics to management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
