About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, coordinating with teams, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and execution.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Take site measurements and verify work before execution.
Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at the site.
Identify and resolve in office issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety practices and maintain a clean work setting.




Prepare daily site progress reports and update the management regularly.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers for smooth project execution.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
Positive knowledge of interior fit-out works, finishing, and site execution.
Ability to read interior drawings and understand project specifications.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
