We are looking for a result-oriented business development manager to lead our international expansion by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through networking and market research.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Education
Bachelor's/Master degree in business, sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in international business development in consulting, BPM, or IT services




Solid understanding of global outsourcing models, digital transformation, and enterprise IT solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with clients in industries such as Technology, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
MS Office and Google Workspace
Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of compliance and procurement processes in global markets.
