We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Telecalling Executive to support our recruitment team by connecting with candidates and coordinating the hiring process.
Job Responsibilities
Call candidates from the company database and job portals.
Explain job roles, salary, location, and company policies to candidates.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews with the recruitment team.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain daily call records and candidate database.
Coordinate with HR for onboarding formalities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and interview scheduling targets.
Pay: Up to ₹9,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
