Key Responsibilities:
Driver Management & Handling
Recruit, onboard, and maintain records of drivers.
Assign drivers to vehicles and trips based on availability and requirements.
Monitor driver attendance, discipline, and performance.
Ensure drivers follow company policies, safety guidelines, and schedules.
Fleet Coordination
Manage daily vehicle movement and trip planning.
Ensure timely placement of vehicles for loading and unloading.
Coordinate with branches and clients for smooth operations.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain driver documents (license, ID proofs, etc.).
Ensure all vehicles have valid permits, insurance, and fitness certificates.
Adhere to transport and safety regulations.
Issue Handling & Support
Handle driver-related issues such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies.
Provide on-road support and coordination during transit.
Resolve conflicts between drivers, vendors, and internal teams.




Fleet Utilization & Efficiency
Monitor vehicle usage to reduce idle time.
Plan return loads to optimize cost and productivity.
Track fuel usage and basic vehicle maintenance coordination.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily reports of vehicle movement and driver allocation.
Track trip status, delays, and performance metrics.
Share regular updates with management.

Key Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in fleet operations/logistics.
Solid experience in driver handling and coordination is mandatory.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage field operations.
Basic knowledge of transport documentation and compliance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
