Assess the patient's physical, emotional, and health care needs at home.
Prepare and implement an individualized nursing care plan.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Monitor vital signs and observe changes in the patient's condition.
Provide wound care, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Educate patients and family members about disease management and home care.
Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Ensure infection prevention and maintain a protected, clean home workplace.
Communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding the patient's condition.
Provide emotional support, promote patient comfort, and encourage independence whenever possible.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹57,750.00 per month
