Job Description

We are looking for a energetic Backend Sales Executive to support the sales team by handling customer interactions, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain sales records.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and documentation.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Backend Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Salary: Best in Industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
