We are looking for a motivated IT Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining systems, and supporting employees with IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Application troubleshooting and technical support
End-user assistance for software and system issues
Software installation, configuration, and updates
Basic quality assurance and system checks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues
Ensure IT security and compliance with company policies
Knowledge sharing and documentation of technical solutions
Basic video editing support when required
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
Familiarity with operating systems and MS Office
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic networking knowledge
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Salary: Attractive salary package
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
