Ltd. is seeking energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting property presentations, and driving sales closures. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for achieving targets Key Responsibilities: • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment prospects. • Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients. • Follow up with leads regularly and maintain robust client relationships. • Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.



• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing. • Keep clients informed about project updates, pricing, offers, and market trends. • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
