Job Title: Faculty / Lecturer (Subject-Specific)Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver courses in your area of expertise, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with curriculum standards
Develop and conduct lectures, seminars, and instructional materials using diverse teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and critical thinking
Provide constructive feedback, academic guidance, and mentorship to support student achievement and career growth
Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and actively participate in academic conferences and seminars
Collaborate with faculty members to develop interdisciplinary programs and enhance educational quality




Participate in student advising, mentoring, and academic support initiatives
Stay updated with industry and academic advancements through continuous career development and networking
Contribute to curriculum design, program development, and course evaluation processes
Undertake administrative duties related to teaching, research, and institutional service as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (PhD preferred)
Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
Research orientation with publications (preferred)
Strong organizational and collaboration skills

Experience
Prior teaching or academic experience preferred
Experience in curriculum development or research activities is an advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
