Profile: HR Manager-Textile-Surat-8.4 LPA

Experience:
Minimum 7 Years of HR experience
Textile Mill experience is mandatory
Experience in dyeing, printing, processing, or textile manufacturing industry preferred
Experience managing HR operations and team handling

Salary Range: 75k to 80k

Roles:
Manage overall HR operations for the textile dyeing and printing mill.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Lead and supervise a team of 4 HR Executives.
Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for plant and staff hiring.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Maintain contractor compliance and labour records.
Implement HR policies and ensure smooth factory HR operations.
Support management in workforce planning and manpower management.
Ensure smooth communication between workers, staff, and management.

Qualification:
Graduate or Post Graduate in:
Human Resources
Personnel Management
Business Administration
Labour Laws
MBA HR preferred
