Frameboxx is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Counsellor / Counsellor (Sales) to drive student admissions through effective counselling and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a robust sales background with excellent communication and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and corporate partners.
Update CRM and ensure accurate lead management.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives.

Eligibility
Graduate (MBA in Marketing/HR preferred).
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Education Industry or Insurance Sector.
Solid communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
Target-driven with a proven sales track record.

Compensation
Salary: ₹5.00 – ₹6.50 LPA

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
