Role Overview

Building Doctor is seeking a technically strong and execution-focused epoxy flooring engineer to manage on-site application, supervision, and quality control of industrial flooring systems.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on site experience, strong understanding of epoxy/PU flooring systems, and the ability to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise epoxy / PU flooring projects across sites
Ensure proper surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, moisture testing)
Monitor correct mixing ratios, application methods, and workmanship quality
Control coating thickness, leveling, curing, and final finish standards
Coordinate effectively with site teams, vendors, and clients
Track daily progress, material usage, and project timelines
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site technical challenges
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Technical Competencies
Solid knowledge of Epoxy, PU,



and Industrial Flooring Systems
Hands-on experience with surface preparation equipment (grinders, shot blasters)

Understanding of:
DFT (Dry Film Thickness) control
Floor leveling & finishing techniques
Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and site measurements
Familiar with quality control procedures and site documentation

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field
1–5 years of relevant experience in epoxy / industrial flooring projects
Robust site execution and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel across project locations

Preferred Profile
Experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse, or factory flooring projects
Basic understanding of waterproofing systems (added advantage)
Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively
Valuable communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
