Conduct classroom and practical training for BPO candidates.
Train students in spoken English, communication skills, customer service, and call handling.
Teach voice and non-voice process standards.
Conduct mock calls, role plays, and interview preparation sessions.
Assess student performance through tests and practical evaluations.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
Improve students' confidence, personality, and qualified behavior.
Coordinate with the placement team for interviews and placements.
Ensure training quality as per organizational guidelines.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
