Knowledge of operating CNC machines (Turning and Milling)

Understanding of CNC machine controllers and ability to perform machine setup (Siemens controller preferred) Knowledge of tool and work offset setting (offsetting)
Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Bore Gauge, and Micrometer
Basic knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Basic knowledge of CNC tooling, inserts, and tool selection

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code)
Ability to perform machine setup, including loading tools and setting job fixtures

Knowledge of quality inspection and maintaining tolerance levels Awareness of safety practices in a machining setting
Ability to maintain production records and reports
Teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts we need CNC operator for milling and turning.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹11,332.84 - ₹26,251.61 per month
