Job Summary

The Pre-Primary Main Teacher is responsible for creating a secure, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, and work closely with parents and the school leadership to ensure the holistic development of every child.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
Create a positive, protected, and stimulating classroom environment.
Promote children's overall development through activity-based and experiential learning.
Assess and monitor each child's progress and maintain accurate academic records.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom displays.
Encourage creativity, communication, and independent thinking among students.
Maintain discipline using positive classroom management techniques.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and developmental progress.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, celebrations, and professional development programs.




Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure effective classroom functioning.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students at all times.

Qualifications
NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) – Mandatory.
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university (preferred).

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher in a recognized school.

Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices.
Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and online teaching tools, if required).

Location

As assigned by the school management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
