Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive with experience in telecalling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Schedule appointments for the sales and design teams.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams to ensure timely customer updates.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling,



customer care, or customer support.
Experience in the interior, construction, furniture, or home décor industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Valuable interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
