MK Group is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary General Manager to join our leadership team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will bring over 15+ years of proven experience in senior management roles within corporate settings, with a solid command of business agreements, project management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the organisation’s daily operations to ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives.
Cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with MKE Group’s mission and values.
Strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Guide and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership or general management role.




Extensive background in corporate governance, administration, and operations.
In-depth knowledge of contracts, legal agreements, and end-to-end project management.
Proven leadership with robust organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
