About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working in agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
Develop robust backend services and database solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, maintainable, and effective code following best practices.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.




Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid experience with Node.js and NestJS for building scalable backend applications
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka
Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets (Socket.IO)
Positive understanding of the MERN stack
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
Solid knowledge of geospatial technologies, location-based services, and real-time tracking
Experience with database optimization, caching, and application performance tuning
Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and distributed systems
Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
