Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints.
Provide end-to-end customer support.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Farrukhnagar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
