Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote company projects.
Organize promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and site visit events.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local businesses.
Generate quality leads through offline marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Ensure effective brand visibility through ATL/BTL marketing activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid networking, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Willingness to travel for marketing activities and events.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
