Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Assist customers with queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, and English (mandatory).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
