Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain robust relationships with clients, address their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
Support business development and customer retention initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
