The Senior Project Lead will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and management of Sewage Infrastructure Project and Sewage Treatment Plant . This includes construction supervision, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Lead execution of STP and sewerage network projects from concept to commissioning
Prepare project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
Construction Management
Supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical works at site
Monitor contractor performance and quality control
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental norms
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, government bodies, and consultants
Manage approvals, inspections, and reporting requirements




Represent the organization in review meetings
Financial & Contract Management
Track project costs, billing, and cash flow
Manage contracts, variations, and claims
Ensure profitability and cost optimization

Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering
15–20 years of experience in STP and sewerage projects
Solid knowledge of sewer laying and sewer hydraulics

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
Sewer line and Sewage Treatment Plant : 10 years (Preferred)
