Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic AI Project Coordinator Trainee to support project execution, client coordination, and AI-driven content creation initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in working with AI tools, Python, project management, presentation development, and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and managing project activities to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
Utilize AI tools for research, content creation, automation, and productivity enhancement.
Create AI-generated images, visual assets, and supporting project materials.
Prepare professional presentations, reports, proposals, and documentation.
Support project planning, task tracking, and status reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.




Assist in developing basic Python scripts and automation tasks when required.
Maintain project records, meeting notes, and client communications.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Python programming.
Valuable understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
Solid presentation creation skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
Familiarity with AI image generation tools and prompt writing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Eagerness to learn project management and emerging AI technologies.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
