Job Description for DSR
Customer engagement: Build and maintain solid, positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
Lead generation: Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals to expand the company's client base.
Product promotion: Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, using expert product knowledge to showcase features and perks.
Sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Documentation and reporting: Track sales activities, manage customer records, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Order processing: Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize satisfaction.
Market intelligence: Keep up to date with industry trends, monitor competitors, and provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams.
Proven experience: Prior experience in a sales-related role, particularly in the same industry, is often preferred.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for persuading potential customers and building rapport.




Interpersonal skills: The ability to build positive relationships with a variety of people is crucial for success.
Goal-oriented mindset: Must be motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Problem-solving: Capable of handling customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
Computer proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is often required for tracking sales activities.
Education: ITI with 5 Years of experience, Diploma with 1 or 2 Years’ experience /Fresher, Any Degree with experience or without experience.

Incentive Applicable

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
