Sales & Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Build long-term relationships with customers.

Store Operations
Ensure products are neatly displayed and replenished on time.
Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and arranging merchandise.
Report damaged or missing stock to the Store Manager.

Billing & Cash Handling
Assist customers during billing when required.
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods accurately.
Ensure billing accuracy and maintain transaction records.

Customer Experience




Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude.
Encourage repeat visits through excellent service.

Skills Required
Valuable communication skills (Tamil is mandatory; English is an advantage).
Customer-focused attitude.
Sales and persuasion skills.
Team player.
Basic billing/POS knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
