Job Title : Automation & Analytics Developer

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automation and analytics solutions using Power BI, Python, and related technologies.
Take end-to-end ownership of automation initiatives from planning and development to deployment and support.
Build interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions to deliver business insights.
Automate manual processes and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Perform data analysis and develop predictive models to support business decision-making.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of automation solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in automation and analytics development.




Communicate technical solutions effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Requisites
Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Robust hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, and analytics solutions.
Expertise in dashboard development, data visualization, and business reporting.
Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, or Excel Macros is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Knowledge of databases, SQL, and reporting tools.
Ability to design scalable automation solutions and improve business processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform in a rapid-paced workplace.
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is preferred.
