SMARKMINDS is a fast-growing B2B demand generation and marketing company that helps global clients generate high-quality leads through data-driven outreach and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns. We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support roles.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when required.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in HR are also encouraged to apply.
