Role Summary
The Production Manager/Incharge is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring consistent product quality, hygiene compliance, manpower supervision, and productive plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production as per demand and product specifications.
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP, CIP/SIP).
Oversee operations of dairy equipment (pasteurizer, cheese vats, fermenters, homogenizers, filling lines).
Maintain accurate production records, batch traceability, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI/ISO/BRC).
Hire, train and supervise production helpers, operators and line staff.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on dairy processing experience (mandatory).
Robust leadership and manpower management capability.
Knowledge of SOPs, food safety systems, quality control and plant hygiene.
