A School Coordinator acts as a bridge between Maids,students, teachers, parents, and school management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and academic quality.

Academic Responsibilities
Plan and monitor the curriculum implementation
Ensure lesson plans are followed properly
Observe classes and give feedback to teachers
Track student performance and progress
Organize exams, assessments, and evaluationsTeacher Management
Guide and support teachers in teaching methods
Conduct teacher training sessions and workshops
Help in solving classroom or academic issues
Ensure discipline and qualified standards

Organize school events, functions, and competitions
Manage extracurricular activities




Ensure smooth execution of school programs Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
B.Ed. (preferred)
Minimum years of experience in teaching/coordination
