Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP/M.Sc. Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent).
Valid registration/licensure as applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Conduct comprehensive swallowing (dysphagia) assessments and provide appropriate management and rehabilitation.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, home programs, and protected swallowing techniques.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
Expertise in both Speech and Swallowing (Dysphagia) Management is mandatory.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
