Job Summary:

We are hiring a Combing Operator to operate and monitor combing machines in the spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for improving fiber quality, removing short fibers, and ensuring smooth machine operations. Freshers and candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor combing machines efficiently
Ensure proper removal of short fibers and impurities
Maintain sliver quality as per production standards
Check machine performance and production output regularly
Identify minor machine issues and report to maintenance team
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area




Follow production targets and supervisor instructions
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of combing machine operations
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Good teamwork and communication skills
Attention to quality and machine handling
Physically fit for factory setting

Qualification:
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma
Freshers can apply
1 to 2 years of experience in combing section is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
