We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial and accounting operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory management, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts in ERP/Tally.
Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, and reconciliation with physical inventory.
Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Calculate product costing and monitor manufacturing expenses.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred).
3–7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Experience with Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Inventory and Cost Accounting knowledge.
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
