Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.
Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction and customer retention.
Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain customer records and prepare service reports.
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Identify and generate current franchise leads.
Handle franchise inquiries and present franchise business prospects.
Coordinate franchise meetings, site visits, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain a franchise prospect database and conduct regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for franchise expansion.
Achieve monthly customer satisfaction and franchise development targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
