Position: HR Executive

Eligibility
MBA (HR) / MSW / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
Freshers only (2025–2026 pass-outs are welcome)

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee onboarding and induction.
Coordinate attendance and leave records.
Assist with HR administration and daily office activities.
Communicate with candidates and employees professionally.
Support employee engagement and HR-related initiatives.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
