Saakaar Academy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Explain course features, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Participate in educational seminars, career fairs, and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).




1–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
