Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and student-focused PGT Psychology & School Counsellor to teach Psychology to Classes XI–XII while providing counselling services that support students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral well-being. The ideal candidate should be committed to promoting mental wellness, life skills, and a positive learning workplace in accordance with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities
Teach Psychology to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, practical activities, and learning resources.
Conduct classroom discussions, projects, and case-study-based learning.
Assess student performance and provide timely academic feedback.




Prepare students for board examinations through effective revision and mentoring.

Counselling Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students facing academic, emotional, behavioral, social, or personal challenges.
Identify students requiring psychological support and refer cases to specialists when necessary.
Conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, emotional well-being, bullying prevention, cyber safety, and adolescent issues.

Qualifications
Master's Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
B.Ed. (Mandatory for PGT teaching role).

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PGT Psychology Teacher and/or School Counsellor in a CBSE/ICSE school.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
