Job Summary

Eagleton The Golf Resort is seeking a dynamic and guest-focused F&B; Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of restaurants, banquets, and other food & beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, lead the service team, and maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of restaurant, banquet, and F&B; service outlets.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure smooth service during meal periods, events, and special functions.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, and Banquet teams for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
Monitor inventory of operating supplies and coordinate replenishment as required.
Support upselling initiatives to maximize revenue and achieve departmental targets.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, ambience,



and service standards in line with resort SOPs.
Assist in scheduling staff, monitoring attendance, and evaluating team performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
4–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and guest relationship management abilities.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service, and POS systems.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
