We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and be eager to build a career in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Schedule product demonstrations for senior sales executives.
Present and explain SaaS solutions to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
Update CRM with daily sales activities and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the product and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on product features and market trends.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is a plus.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any discipline.
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months–2 years of sales, telecalling, B2B, B2C, or SaaS sales experience will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation.
Exposure to SaaS, IT, or software sales.
Good presentation and customer handling skills.
