Monitor customer service performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Train, mentor, and evaluate customer support staff.
Coordinate with branch operations, collections, and accounts teams for smooth customer service.
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and documentation.
Develop and implement customer service standards and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
