Hiring: CRM Data Management Executive

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years with robust Excel/CRM skills may apply

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer records.
Generate and share CRM reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Identify and remove duplicate or incorrect data.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations teams for data updates.
Monitor lead allocation, customer follow-ups, and data quality.
Import/export data and manage bulk uploads in the CRM.
Support management with data analysis and business insights.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of CRM software
Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
