Handling the technical team of facility management of Stellar 142
Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and fire safety systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and service delivery.
Manage energy usage and implement cost-saving measures.
Respond to emergencies and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Solid technical expertise in Electrical/HVAC Systems is essential
Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in facilities management, ideally in commercial buildings.
Robust problem-solving and vendor management skills.
Ability to work during emergencies or on-call, as needed.
